Ensure the stability of the reagent kit during long-term storage. The better the stability, the longer the storage time of the reagent kit.
Standard 6: Precision
The indicator that the evaluation kit can obtain similar results when repeatedly measuring the same sample. A reagent kit with poor precision can result in poor reproducibility of the results when testing the same sample repeatedly.
Standard 7: Minimum Detection Limit
Evaluate the sensitivity of the reagent kit, the lower the value, the higher the sensitivity of the reagent kit.
Standard 8: Linear Experiment
Evaluating the accuracy of the reagent kit, whether the results are too high or too low, can affect the accuracy of the test results.
ELISA kits in the market are divided into three categories: low-end, mid-range, and high-end, and are generally distinguished by these eight quality control standards. The reagent kit with only linear experiment detection report belongs to low-end products, the reagent kit that completes precision, minimum detection limit, and recovery rate detection belongs to mid-range products, and the reagent kit that completes cross experiment, interference experiment, stability, natural sample detection and other eight indicators detection belongs to high-end products.
