Article 1- Type II innate lymphocytes promote TNBC lung metastasis through IL-13-MDSC axis in mouse tumor model

Article Title:Group 2 innate lymphoid cells promote TNBC lung metastasis via the IL-13-MDSC axis in a murine tumor model
Journal Publication:International Immunopharmacology
impact factor(IF):4.932
Affiliation:China Medical University
DOI:https://doi.org/10.1016/j.intimp.2021.107924
Article Topic:This study established an experimental metastatic mouse 4 T1 tumor model to investigate the role of ILC2s in TNBC lung metastasis. The results showed that ILC2s may be a key factor in TNBC lung metastasis, as adoptive transfer of lung ILC2s increases the number of metastatic pulmonary nodules and reduces the survival rate of mice carrying tumors; It was also found that ILC2 may promote TNBC lung metastasis through the MDSC pathway activated by IL-13 derived from ILC2.
This study provides a large amount of experimental data indicating that ILC2s may be a potential target for immunotherapy during TNBC lung metastasis.
Article 2- Knocking out FaeG can alleviate intestinal cell apoptosis induced by enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli F4ac

Article Title:Deletion of FaeG alleviated Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli F4ac-induced apoptosis in the intestine
Journal Publication:AMB Express
impact factor(IF):2.499
Affiliation:Yangzhou University
DOI:https://doi.org/10.1186/s13568-021-01201-z
Article Topic:The aim of this study is to investigate whether the FaeG subunit plays a role in F4ac induced cell apoptosis and regulation of intestinal barrier function. The results indicate that FaeG subunit deficiency can alleviate the clinical symptoms of F4ac infection and F4ac induced intestinal mucosal damage, as well as alleviate F4ac induced intestinal epithelial cell apoptosis. Therefore, targeted clearance of FaeG is beneficial for the prevention or treatment of F4ac infection.
